its been 9 days in 2012..
hair cut.. checked.. i did bob cut.. forget about 2012 hair cut's trend.. i am most comfortable with this type of cut :)
.. and i have already started with my healthy lifestyle :) so far so good.. and its not so bad
lets sneak peek at what i did for the past 9 days:
1. i did cardio excercise (walk/jog/ aerobics) after work
2. added vitamins from shaklee in my diet (b complex for energy, zinc to reduce hair falls, ostematrix (calcium & magnesium) for strengthen bones n teeth, lecithin to burn fats & increase metabolisma and fiber bcoz i'm lazy to eat vege & fruits)
3. tried my best to had dinner b4 8pm
4. consumed at least 4 litres of H2O
5. said no to soft drinks
6. reduced sweet drinks' intake
oh yes.. i'll get my crosstrainer in a week time.. no more excuses for excercise.. can't wait :)

aku pun ade jugak, tapi tak gune, sekarang jadi tempat gantung sejadah and gantung towel hahaha.. more to swimming hehe..
wah bagusnyer ... aku jugak belum start healthy lifestyle... since baru nak berjinak2 dengan the joy of cooking.. hahahaha slow2.. gained a few kilos already..
agak terasa juga bila berat naik. cepat penat. dulu makan cenggini tak naik2 pun sekarang dah tak bole dah.. tanda nak naik mencecah umur 3 series kot eh.
mira: oh tidak.. aku pon takut jd tempat gantung tuala etc.. hopefully not.. tgh semangat nih.. :)
nolee: kita ni umur makin meningkat.. metabolisma dh kurang.. tu yg naik tak turun2 tuh.. hopefully pasni at least leh maintain la.. tak naik2
